Meet the Team

Andrew

Andrew qualified as a solicitor in 2009, having graduated in 2005 with an honours BCL degree from University College Cork.

Andrew’s extensive experience also includes litigation, dispute resolution and corporate law, successfully advising and representing Clients in the District Court, Circuit Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. He is also an experienced practitioner in conveyancing and landlord and tenant law.

Eimear

Eimear Griffin graduated with an honours law degree from University College Cork. Eimear was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2011. Eimear is a Kerry native and has worked at Padraig J. O’ Connell Solicitors LLP since 2016.

Eimear has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of litigation, in particular criminal defence and personal injuries litigation

She has worked extensively in the area of criminal defence law. Eimear has experience in attending District, Circuit and Central Criminal Court trials dealing with complex extradition matters and attending Garda Stations to advise clients in custody.

Brian

Brian qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 having graduated from University College Cork with an honours B.Sc. degree

Brian qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 having graduated from University College Cork with an honours B.Sc. degree. Having spent several years working in a well-known practice on South Mall in Cork, Brian moved home to Killarney and has worked with the firm since 2018. Brian has extensive experience and knowledge in the areas of commercial and residential conveyancing as well as wills and probate and advising Clients on associated matters.

Norene

Upon graduation from University College Cork with a degree in Law, Norene trained as an Apprentice in a leading litigation and medical practice firm in the Northwest.

Upon moving to Kerry and joining the firm in 2004, Norene has specialised in Medical Negligence, Litigation, and Family Law matters, representing clients interests before the District, Circuit, and High Court.
